Carolyn Dodson is one of the microwave recipe originals, and we've found her site to be a useful resource. Goodnuke features numerous microwave recipes, or you can buy Dodson's books on Definitive Microwave Cookery. The tips and resources section is especially helpful, with articles on food storage and microwave wattages.
